We accept returns and issue refunds only for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. You can choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or have a replacement sent at no extra cost—there’s no need to return the damaged product. Our team will assist you promptly to make sure the issue is resolved.

All orders ship directly from Toronto, Canada. We carefully pack each order to ensure your items arrive safely.

We currently ship across Canada and the continental United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Kindly note that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

We process all orders within 3 business days after payment is verified. Orders made during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Canada: Enjoy flat rate shipping of $7.00 CAD, or free shipping on orders over $69 CAD.
U.S.: Enjoy flat rate shipping of $7.00 USD, or free shipping on orders over $69 USD.

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.
