Shipping policy

At MarCoo Paperie, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here’s what to expect when placing an order with us:

 

🍃Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the US mainland.

Please note:

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) due to higher shipping costs.
  • P.O. Box addresses are not supported at this time, so a physical street address is required for delivery.
  • For U.S. orders, all applicable tariffs are already included in the price—no extra fees will be charged upon delivery.


🍃Shipping Costs

  • Flat shipping fee: $7.00 (CAD or USD, based on your location)
  • Free shipping on orders over $69 CAD or USD (based on your location)


🍃Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
(Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.)


🍃Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Ontario / Quebec: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • United States:
        Eastern US: Estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch
        Western US: Estimated 4-8 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.


🍃Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
We’ll also send regular updates, including order confirmation, shipment notifications, and delivery updates.


🍃Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are unable to replace or refund orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

🍃Shipping Carriers

We work with a range of trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Within Canada, orders are typically shipped via Intelcom or Canada Post, depending on the delivery destination.
  • For U.S. orders, we usually ship via USPS, while larger or oversized parcels may be shipped with UPS.

Please note: shipping carriers may vary based on your location and order size. We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests, as each shipment is arranged to ensure the most reliable delivery option.

 

🍃Lost or Missing Packages

If your package seems to be delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help investigate with the carrier.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. We kindly suggest checking with your local carrier or nearby neighbors as a first step.
