🍃 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us right away with photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly, and you can choose one of the following options:
- Full Refund – We’ll refund the item to your original payment method.
- Free Replacement – We’ll send you a new item at no extra cost. No return needed for the damaged product.
🍃 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are small stationery goods and paper items, we’re only able to offer returns or refunds for items that arrived damaged or with a quality issue. For any other reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
